Admission

Welcome to Skyuka Hall, an Independent School for Unique Learners

Skyuka Hall welcomes you to explore an educational experience that will affect your whole family—an experience of hope, teamwork, and challenging educational standards.  We are a K-12 independent, college preparatory school for learning different students who are not reaching their true academic potential in a traditional classroom setting.

Skyuka Hall serves K-12 students with average to above-average intelligence who face learning challenges, such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, auditory processing issues, and attention deficit.
Skyuka Hall is unable to provide support for students with conduct disorders or learning difficulties that are the result of/primary diagnosis of emotional or behavioral challenges, students who require a BIP or FBP, students with an intellectual disability or borderline intellectual disability, or those requiring moderate to significant support needs. Our programming is designed for academic accommodations; we are unable to provide accommodations for behavioral support.

To begin the admission process:

  • Submit an inquiry form online
  • Once you have submitted your inquiry form and set up your MySkyuka parent portal account, you will upload your student's academic and testing documentation.
  • Our admission committee will review your student's file once it is complete. If Skyuka Hall is able to support your student's academic needs, we will reach out to schedule an admission meeting. Please note that Skyuka Hall serves students with learning challenges and is unable to support students with behavioral challenges.
  • Instructional time is important for our students. To minimize distractions to learning, tours are not scheduled independently but as part of the family admission meeting.
